Key responsibilities

1. Oversee the completion of all visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the various consulates or and institutions.
2. Maintain strong working relationships with all consulate or and immigration officers and colleagues.
3. Provide guidance to other staff to enhance their understanding of immigration / consulates rules.
4. Process of business invitation letters for staff / clients coming to Kenya on business trip.

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English
3. Prior experience highly desirable in Immigration procedures.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good computer skills mandatory
5. Have basic knowledge on process at government institutions e.g. Kenya Revenue Authority and   Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
