What You’ll Work On

  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Requirements

Additional Details : We are putting together a team welcome packet with our HR policies and I will need support in developing the handbook. Elimu Fanaka has a team of 7 full time and 2 interns and even as our organization grows we will appreciate having strong and robust systems and structures.

Your Skills : Human Resources

Your Experience : Background in HR or Operations

Your Availability 

  • Works remotely from anywhere
  • 15-20 hours over 2-3 weeks
