KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service delivery
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are looking for professional and experienced Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in a 3- star or higher-rated hotel and be passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, work
• under pressure, and maintain professionalism
