Requirements 

Job Education : Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of beverage service techniques and etiquette. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Must be reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.

Job Must Have : Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about beverages to customers. Anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill special requests whenever possible. Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism. Upsell menu items and encourage guests to try new beverages. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including service areas. Handle cash and payments accurately, and process transactions through the POS system.
