• Our client seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, process optimization, and timely product delivery. This role ensures compliance with safety standards while enhancing productivity and fostering team collaboration.

• Warehouse Operations: Manage receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimizing space and inventory systems. % of Time -20%
• Process Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and implement automation tools. % of Time -20%
• Dispatch Management: Oversee order dispatch, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any delivery issues. % of Time -20%
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety protocols, regular inspections, and staff training are conducted. % of Time -10%
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration. % of Time -10%
• Reporting: Prepare and submit activity reports, track inventory movements, and ensure transparency. % of Time -10%
• Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure products are stored and handled according to industry standards, collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve issues, and address shipment or inventory discrepancies promptly. % of Time -5%
• Performance Analysis: Establish and communicate KPIs, evaluate staff performance with feedback and improvement plans, and reward excellence while addressing skill gaps through targeted training. % of Time -5%

Requirements

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics/ Masters Degree is an added advantage.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management
• Proven experience in managing inventory, overseeing order fulfilment, and coordinating with external distributors and dealers.
• Experience in managing a diverse team and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
