• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at the vegetable oil extraction plant in Bonje. The role will focus on receiving and dispatching materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of seeds, oil, and cake to ensure timely and efficient workflows.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Liaise with the Quality team to inspect incoming seeds and ensure compliance with GMP and FIFO standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely supply of seeds to production facilities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, stock levels, and staff performance.
• Drive LEAN initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Resolve employee relations issues while maintaining professional communication across departments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years’ industrial work experience in warehousing; 2 years in a supervisory role (manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or MRP) and inventory control practices.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing management, HSE procedures, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Additional training in management, firefighting, or HSE is an advantage.
