Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable to drive commercial growth of their product portfolio, drive financial results and share gain as well as driving channel effectiveness, competence and reach in NEA and EA.
  • Work closely with the Channel Partner in enabling and driving business with both short and long-term priorities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth of WHXR (Women’s Health & X-Ray) business in NEA and EA markets
  • To be the in-country expert for WHXR products and support the commercial team for pre-sales/post-sales activities (including tender specifications and customer presentations) and drive market share and win rate.
  • Work with country sales leaders, Channel Partners, and account teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets.
  • Work closely with marketing to lead, educate, and coach the product and segment differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of our product portfolio for the concerned modality to both internal and external stakeholders
  • In collaboration with global and regional marketing, roll out campaigns and builds world-class programs to drive market share improvement and localization of NPIs
  • Drive competency and training on strategy and product offerings for direct account team members and/or Channel Partners increasing the performance of the sales force in NEA and EA
  • Create business plan for NEA and EA including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies, distribution enhancement and installed base targets.
  • Manage existing installed base of WHXR products, ensuring that all customers are engaged and satisfied with product performance and support.
  • Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company.
  • Continuously develops strong relations to key opinion leaders in academics and other target segments.
  • Develops deep clinical and technical knowledge including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanisms.
  • Understands and analyses market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for the country team.
  • Adheres to and upholds highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GE Healthcare Codes of conduct.
  • Aware of and complies with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
  • Maintains knowledge of and understands all applicable Global and Regional Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Local/ Int’l Law is broken.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 years selling experience in medical, healthcare, or technical field or Life Science field.
  • Technical and Clinical expertise in Imaging modalities, X-ray and/or Mammography backgrounds preferred
  • Experienced in Sales / Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers
  • 3+ years’ experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals
  • Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development
  • Previous experience working with channel partners
  • General Finance knowledge, able to understand and analyze accounting reports, profit & loss, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture within a highly matrix environment
  • Proven track record in relationship building
  • Excellent presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers (internally & externally) in a way that ensures understanding and impact. Ability to motivate others and influence within the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in strategic planning and drive change management
