About Job

As a Client Relations Assistant, your focus is to cultivate positive and fulfilling experiences for customers in their interactions with the company’s offerings, services and overall image. The Client Relations Assistant will assist in the following areas:

  • Respond to clients’ registrations through emails by sending the required training documentations
  • Respond to clients’ enquires and share with them the requested information
  • Manage clients’ logistics including managing hotel bookings, airport transfers and tour visits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Implement established strategies to enhance and cultivate an exceptional customer experience
  • Update and manage the clients’ database and perform analysis for decision making
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term client partnerships
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Public relations and brand management to promote positive image of the company.

Reqyurements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, HR or any other related field

More Details

  • At least five (3) years’ relevant experience in client relations
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail; strong ability to scrutinize and examine
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, multi-task, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively, applying critical thinking and analytical skills to find effective solutions
