We are one of the largest flour mills in Kenya and produce a variety of the highest quality and nutritious flours that are fortified with vitamins and minerals.

Role 

This is a full-time on-site role as a Credit Controller at Rafiki Millers located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Credit Controller, your main responsibility will be managing and controlling the credit and debt collection process. You will engage with debtors to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices, monitor credit limits, and maintain accurate records of all credit transactions. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments and minimize credit risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting or finance department
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Credit Control and Credit Management skills
• Experience in debt collection and managing debtors
• Strong financial background and knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of the milling industry or related field will be an added advantage
