Job Description

Legacy Estates is a leading premier Real Estate company in Kenya that specializes in the sale of affordable and strategic investment opportunities in properties including but not limited to vacant land and value-added plots in various locations in Kenya.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategy implementation

  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals, particularly in sales growth and market expansion.·
  • Drive the company’s strategic planning efforts, participating in setting long- term goals and determining the necessary tactical initiatives.

2. Leadership management

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the team by establishing and communicating set targets and objectives for the teams.

3. Business development and strategy

  • Lead the sales and marketing teams, devising strategies that enhance lead conversion and expand market presence.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence by achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  •  Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

4.  Building Relationships

  • Maintain and build relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Following through on the sales documentations for clients. Working with the team to develop and maintain new client relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and promote business growth.

5. Operations management

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Manage major company projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Implement and optimize management practices and processes to ensure consistent achievement of operational excellence.
  • Implement and monitor CRM systems for sales and client management.

6. Performance management

  • Set Clear KPIS for the Managers and Team Leaders and ensure accountability in meeting their set targets in conducting one-on-one meetings, Performance Check-ins and Reviews in consultation with the HR Manager.
  • Manages and coordinates all sales activities and programs including, new hire training program, continuing education/training events, and major sales initiatives.

Minimum Requirements.

  •  University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, with substantial exposure to sales management, business development, and operational oversight with a Minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
