To support the HR Shared Services team in delivering high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR services. This includes contributing to the optimization of employee experiences while aligning with organizational goals for operational excellence.

Overall Responsibility:

Assist and offer support in ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and enhancing the employee experience.

  • Assisting in timely delivery of HR tasks, such as aiding in payroll processing, benefits administration, and updating employee data, ensuring prompt service – Q2 2024
  • Providing support to maintain a 99% accuracy rate for HR transactions, encompassing assistance with changes in employee data, supporting accurate payroll computations, and aiding in precise benefits registrations – Q1 2024
  • Contributing to reducing HR operational costs by implementing process enhancements, automation, and engaging in strategic negotiations with vendors – Q2 2024
  • Supporting efforts to enhance employee satisfaction with HR services by achieving a 10% increase in satisfaction scores compared to the prior year, gauged through surveys and feedback mechanisms – Q3 2024
  • Aiding in decreasing the average resolution time for employee queries and issues by 20%, ensuring swift and efficient support – Q1 2024
  • Assisting the Shared Services Manager in ensuring full compliance with all HR-related regulations and laws, encompassing data privacy, labor laws, and reporting obligations – Q2 2024
  • Supporting the execution of cost-benefit analyses for HR Shared Services initiatives, demonstrating the financial impact and return on investment for major projects – Q2 2024

  • 2+ years experience as a HR Assistant in a busy  working environment – H
  • Understanding and experience in the operation of HR Shared Services and can demonstrate strong delivery against performance targets set – H
  • Self-motivated and resilient and able to embrace change, influence and make commercial decisions – M
  • Has a can-do attitude and understands how activities within HR shared services impact the wider organisation – H
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making – M
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. M

Mandatory Criteria if Any (e.g. must have directly managed at least ten people) with no exceptions to hire.

  • A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and an active member of IHRM.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance.
  • Must have directly been involved in the day to day activities of the HR Department.
