Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruitment, especially for roles such as drivers and logistics coordinators.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain workplace morale.
• Oversee performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to logistics roles.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and culture.
• Monitor and improve HR processes using data analytics.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR issues and provide solutions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals and objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends to continuously improve HR functions.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in logistics, IT, or related industries.
• Must have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with logistics operations, including transportation and supply chain management.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations specific to the logistics sector.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and payroll software.
• Ability to use HR data analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations specific to the logistics industry.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the logistics sector.
• Adaptability to handle the dynamic nature of the logistics industry
